That’s without a day one patch for Resident Evil Village, which means it could clock in at 50GB like the Xbox Series X/S version. This is because the size revealed for the game (via PlayStation Game Size) is not taking into account the patch, or maybe even Re: Verse. Re: Verse is the online-only multiplayer title that will require a PlayStation Plus membership and Xbox Live Gold membership in order to play. Yesterday, a listing on the Microsoft Store revealed the game will take up 50.02GB of space on Xbox with approximately 15GB reserved for RE: Verse. If you are a PC player, you should check out AMD’s video showing ray-tracing capabilities on the RX 6700 XT. It looks rather nice. Resident Evil Village apparently takes a “lot of inspiration from Resident Evil 4” and is out May 7 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
